Waipi'o On Horseback - Big Island of Hawaii
Horseback Riding on Hawaii
Waipi'o, a great cleft in the earth, a deep valley of indescribable beauty.

Here Nature seems to have ceased from labor, and leaned back to rest, content that the job was well done.

A trip through the valley on horseback is a great way to experience the quiet beauty of this incredible land.

The trail down into the Waipi'o Valley was hewn out of the valley wall a long time ago when the valley was the playground of the Hawaiian  kings.
